Builder (End-to-End Owner)

📋 Description

• Own problems end-to-end: discover needs, write specs, build, test, deploy, and operate in production with no handoff
• Build internal tools/apps (front-end, back-end, data) on the CC platform to automate manual work
• Define requirements and make product calls: hypotheses, user validation, concrete specs
• Drive delivery: maintain cadence, track metrics, provide quantified status, analyze outcomes
• Operate with production discipline: staged rollouts, tests, rollback plans, documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record shipping end-to-end software using AI coding tools (Claude/Cursor/Copilot)
• Strong product ownership: turns vague problems into validated specs and owns outcomes
• Full-stack range: read/iterate frontend (React) and backend (Python/SQL), deploy and debug AI blockers
• Analytical rigour: works from live data, quantifies, finds root cause
• Self-directed delivery and clear written communication; manages stakeholders calmly under pressure
• Bias to build tooling in-house rather than wait for IT/dev
