📋 Description

• Own end-to-end problems: define specs, build with AI agents, test, deploy, operate.
• Build internal tools on the CC platform to automate manual work and improve onboarding.
• Define requirements, form hypotheses, validate with users, turn vague asks into concrete specs.
• Drive delivery with cadence, track metrics, give quantified status, analyze data to decide next steps.
• Operate with production discipline: staged rollouts, tests, rollback plans, docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record shipping end-to-end software with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor).
• Strong product ownership: turn vague problems into validated specs, decide scope, priorities, own outcomes.
• Full-stack range to direct AI: read/iterate on front-end (React) and backend (Python/SQL); deploy and debug.
• Analytical rigour: work with live data, quantify results, find root causes.
• Self-directed delivery, clear written communication; manage stakeholders calmly under pressure.
• Bias to build your own tooling rather than wait for IT/dev.
