• Own end-to-end problems: define needs, write spec, build, test, deploy, operate
• Build internal tools on CC platform to automate tasks and improve onboarding
• Define requirements; form hypotheses, validate with users, turn vague asks into concrete specs
• Drive delivery with metrics; track progress and status; decide next steps
• Operate with production discipline: staged rollouts, tests, rollback plans, docs

• Proven track record shipping end-to-end software with AI tools (Claude/Copilot); portfolio
• Strong product ownership: turns vague problems into validated specs and owns the outcome
• Full-stack capable: read/iterate on frontend (React) and backend (Python/SQL), deploy
• Analytical rigor: works from live data, quantifies, finds root cause, avoids dirty data
• Self-directed delivery; clear written communication; manages stakeholders under pressure
• Bias to build tooling in-house rather than wait for IT/dev
