📋 Description

Lead BAS and low-voltage control system installations
Read blueprints and control drawings to install equipment
Lead 3–6 person field installation crews
Coordinate with electricians and other trades onsite
Mentor junior installers and maintain field docs
Support BAS startup and commissioning activities

🎯 Requirements

5+ years BAS/controls/low-voltage/electrical installation
Experience leading commercial/industrial installation crews
Strong BAS installation and control wiring knowledge
Read mechanical/electrical/controls drawings
Familiarity with HVAC sequences of operations
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
