Building Automation and Controls Lead Installer

📋 Description

• Lead BAS and low-voltage installations on-site
• Run conduit, cable tray, and wire pulling
• Install BAS control panels, sensors, relays, actuators
• Read blueprints and control drawings; support startup/commissioning
• Lead field crews; mentor installers; ensure safety and quality
• Document progress and coordinate with electricians and trades onsite

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years BAS, controls, low-voltage, or electrical installation
• Experience leading crews in commercial/industrial settings
• Strong BAS installation practices and control wiring knowledge
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver's license
• Familiarity with conduit bending and installation; startup knowledge
