Building Commissioning Fellow

📋 Description

• Support pre-functional and functional testing, witnessing, and documentation for M/E/controls.
• Assist with review of construction docs, submittals, and equipment schedules.
• Track performance observations, support issue resolution, ensure construction-phase compliance.
• Support commissioning plans, schedules, and site reporting.
• Participate in field verification: equipment ID, installation checks, startup witnessing.
• Assist with BAS trend data review and identifying deficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in mechanical/electrical/architectural engineering, energy management, or facilities (degree/certificate or equivalent).
• Basic familiarity with HVAC concepts and/or BAS, or ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort reading construction documents (drawings, schedules, submittals).
• Strong written and verbal communication; commissioning work is documentation-heavy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BAS experience a plus.
• US work authorization; SEI cannot sponsor visas.
