Building Maintenance Assistant

📋 Description

• Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, patching drywall, repairing leaks, replacing light
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structure.
• Assist in maintaining the facility by assembling furniture, installing shelving, and
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and document completed tasks.
• Support inventory by organizing tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repair projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Handyman skills and repair knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, etc.).
• Problem-solving ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration.
• Attention to detail; capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Ability to work 40 hours on flexible schedule.
