📋 Description

• Continuous monitoring and operation of the BMS and connected building services.
• Timely response, escalation, and resolution of system alarms and faults.
• Support for preventive and corrective maintenance activities through system monitoring and
• Energy monitoring and identification of opportunities to improve system efficiency.
• Accurate reporting, documentation, and maintenance of operational records.
• Coordination with FM teams, helpdesk, vendors, and service providers to support building operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience as a BMS Operator within Facility Management.
• Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, and Johnson Controls.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and FM operations.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
