Communicates with manufacturers and distributors as required by specific products
Generates customer reports detailing analysis findings
Files and stores samples according to set procedures

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of job-related experience (preferably in flooring, siding, or roofing)
Detail-oriented with ability to evaluate mathematical data
Ability to operate light industrial machinery and measuring devices (microscopes, calipers, vision systems, spectrometers)
Ability to balance multiple tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
