📋 Description

  • Support Clean Building Performance Standard projects with data review.
  • Assist benchmarking and compliance reviews against CBPS targets.
  • Help develop Energy Management Plans and Maintenance Programs for buildings.
  • Gather building equipment data and client policies; tailor documents.
  • Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, and site visits.
  • Hybrid role with onsite work 3 days a week and local travel.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Environmental Policy, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets; comfortable organizing and analyzing data.
  • Interest in building energy performance or climate policy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to client sites (WA).
  • Authorization to work in the United States; SEI cannot sponsor visas.
