  • Undertake building surveys including condition assessments, technical due diligence inspections
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports, schedules, and client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying, Construction, or related discipline
  • Approximately 2 to 4 years' experience in related field
  • Working knowledge of building construction methods, pathology, and maintenance planning principles
  • Understanding of New Zealand legislation and codes
  • Ability to write professional reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
