📋 Description

• Lead AI workflow discovery across Product, Engineering, and R&D.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
• Identify AI opportunities to reduce manual work and boost productivity.
• Translate opportunities into clear requirements and implementation plans.
• Design and build prioritized AI workflows across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining operational workflows.
• Experience using Claude or similar tools to build AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with APIs, low-code/no-code, workflow automation, or prompt engineering.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve business processes.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
