Business Analyst - 12 Month FTC

📋 Description

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to document current and future state processes.
• Analyse data, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support change initiatives.
• Produce clear business requirements, process maps, user stories, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with project teams, technology teams, and business users to deliver solutions.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews to achieve objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or regulated environments.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting requirements; facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimisation.
• Experience working with Finance teams or finance-related processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
