Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with strategic goals.
• Define and refine processes, journeys, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Coordinate feature delivery, support release planning, and cross-functional communication.
• Maintain product documentation to keep requirements and rules up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a BA or PO in software development.
• Strong BA practices, process modeling, requirements, Agile.
• Experience gathering and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Understanding product metrics and A/B testing.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
