📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the
• Create and maintain process flows, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support requirement clarification during development and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with process modeling and flow diagrams.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
