📋 Description

• Map and analyze business needs and processes for digital products and data-driven solutions.
• Create specifications for IT development projects (digital platforms and data features).
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to align requirements.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements (use cases, user stories).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT Business Analyst role, preferably with data-driven projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of data concepts; familiarity with BI tools and data platforms.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate English.
