📋 Description

• Arrange and conduct meetings, workshops and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Review alternative solutions and provide recommendations.
• Document and map complex processes using standard methods.
• Identify improvement areas, specify requirements and implement changes.
• Perform root cause analysis with business users to define needs.
• Produce BRD documents and secure sign-off before development.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst.
• High-level Excel experience.
• Agile experience and Scrum team involvement.
• Experience producing Business Requirements Documents.
• Experience with Business Process Mapping.
• Ability to explain complex processes to non-experts.
