Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Join SEEK's People & Culture as a Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Report to the Senior Payroll Project Manager; coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct current-state payroll analysis across multiple Asian markets.
• Facilitate workshops to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Develop functional specs and process maps for system design.
• Liaise between business, technical teams and vendors to align goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Business analysis in HR/payroll/HCM implementations.
• Experience with multi-country/regional projects.
• Familiar with HCM platforms like Workday (HRIS).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with payroll data and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word; Jira/Confluence.
• Adaptable to changing requirements; multitask effectively.
