• Coordinate feature delivery across teams, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
• Define acceptance criteria, support testing, and validate functionality.
• Analyse complex processes and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a BA in software product development.
• Strong ERP domain experience.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Financial Management, SCM, or enterprise apps.
• Requirements analysis and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, FSpecs, Process Flows, User Stories).
• ERP project experience: implementations, migrations, upgrades, deployments.
• Integration and data skills: APIs, data migration, SQL basics.
