📋 Description

• Analyze customers’ business processes and operations
• Elicit customers’ needs and propose solutions
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements for software products
• Create specifications: User Stories, SRS, Solution Design
• Clarify requirements for design, development, QA and support teams
• Demonstrate solutions to the customer and gather feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as BA/Functional/System Analyst in software projects
• Hands-on in exchange-based trading and financial products
• Strong analytical abilities and structured problem-solving
• University degree; fluent English
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• UML notation and requirements management/tracing
