📋 Description

• Analyze customers’ business processes and operations.
• Elicit customers’ needs and propose solutions.
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements for software products.
• Create User Stories, SRS, and Solution Design documents.
• Clarify requirements for design, development, QA, and support teams.
• Demonstrate solutions to customers and gather feedback; explore trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in BA/Functional/System Analyst or Product Owner in software projects.
• Hands-on experience in exchange-based trading or financial products.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• University degree.
• Fluent English; Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
