📋 Description

• Maintain productive relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture and validate high-level business
• Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for simplification
• Inform stakeholders of their obligations to adhere to technical standards, policies, and processes
• Maintain awareness of available services and platforms and guide business demands to the

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience performing business analysis activities across the full
• Expert knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of French or another official UN language is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) , Microsoft 365
• Experience in business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent process
