📋 Description

• Act as primary contact and source of knowledge for offshore development and test teams regarding
• Analyse customer requirements and create appropriate high quality functional definitions for use by
• Provide a strong link between offshore development/test teams and onshore teams regarding business
• Work closely with Product Owners/Product Managers and onshore BAs to ensure software built offshore
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure solution is adequately tested and meets stated business
• Respond quickly and accurately to queries from development teams regarding product functionality
