Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive requirement clarity and contribute to successful product delivery
• Create and maintain requirement artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams
• Collaborate with engineering teams using basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs
• Use AI-powered tools to support documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements
• Engage stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams with excellent communication
• Analyze business problems, identify solutions, and translate requirements into clear and actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals including requirement gathering, user story
• Basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, system integrations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
