📋 Description

• Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making
• Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations
• Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats
• Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders
• Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management
• Master's is a plus but not required - strong Bachelor's candidates with relevant work experience
• A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent)
• 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
