• Lead discovery sessions to capture business needs and translate to specs
• Assess risks, impacts, and dependencies across functions
• Develop scalable solutions aligned with company and enterprise strategies
• Analyse current and future state processes; identify gaps
• Design and validate customer journeys, processes, and data flows
• Partner with technical and operational teams on change management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in operational or financial services
• Proven record of driving analysis for complex projects in fast-paced settings
• Ability to work across teams and functions
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, translating needs into solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
• Skills in project management, relationship building, and active listening
