Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead current and future state processes, workflows, and user stories.
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
• May act as Lead BA on a Product Team and prioritize backlog.
• Collaborate with BI to analyze data and derive insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in business analysis with a proven track record.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation or insurance processes preferred.
• Proficiency in BA tools (Azure DevOps, Visio, Excel) and Agile.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking; focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
