🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years work experience.
• Experience with process improvement, optimization, automation.
• Excellent analytical skills; translate requirements into solutions.
• Detail-oriented with ownership; proactive communication.
• Independent; manage priorities; meet deadlines.
• Experience with high-volume payments across AR/AP, treasury, or banking ops is a plus.
