Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track renewal KPIs (ARR retention, churn)
Analyze renewal trends and customer behavior to surface actionable insights
Support quarterly and long-range renewal forecasting with models
Prepare data-driven summaries for MBRs and QBRs
Identify patterns in at-risk renewals and escalate with data
Analyze renewal workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvements

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in Sales/Renewal Strategy & Ops in high-tech.
Strong analytics using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce, Clari.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
Highly organized with bias for action and autonomy.
Independent project management with timeframes, dependencies, and risk.
B.A./B.S. required; MBA a plus.
