📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across departments
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
• Create and maintain BRDs, functional specs, use cases, and user stories
• Develop process flows, data models, and system interface specs
• Serve as primary liaison between business units, tech teams, and project mgmt
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in requirements analysis and documentation
• Ability to create BRDs, functional specs, use cases, and user stories
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Knowledge of data models, process flows, and interfaces
• Experience in solution design, validation, and design reviews
• Testing and QA: create test scenarios and coordinate UAT
