📋 Description

  • Act as liaison between client business and software delivery teams.
  • Analyze current processes and workflows for improvements.
  • Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.

  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-8 years as BA/Data/Business Analyst with proven delivery.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving; adept at requirement analysis, modeling, BRD/FSD, use cases, data flows, data mapping.
  • Proficient with wireframes/tools: Balsamiq, Lucidchart, MS Visio, UML.
  • Strong SDLC knowledge; experienced with Agile and Waterfall; JIRA.
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration across org levels.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and concepts.
