Business Analyst - Accounting

📋 Description

• Ensure accuracy of accounting, valuation, P&L, and Balance Sheet reporting for Global Markets.
• Reflect trading activities in financial statements per IFRS and internal policies.
• Maintain robust control environment over financial reporting and valuation processes.
• Prepare and review P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee IPV, FVA, PVA, and FVL processes and related controls.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close for Global Markets.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong IFRS accounting principles knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience in Product Control or Financial Control in investment banking.
• Experience in P&L production, Balance Sheet substantiation, reconciliations.
• Good understanding of derivatives, securities, and other traded instruments.
• Advanced Excel; VBA, SQL or Python knowledge advantageous.
