Business Analyst - Advisory/CAAS

📋 Description

• Serve as strategic partner between Advisory/CAAS and Technology Enablement teams.
• Transform business needs into tech-driven solutions to boost efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with practice leaders, stakeholders, and tech teams to drive innovation and adoption.
• Lead testing, feedback cycles, and validation of new tools and integrations.
• Support post-integration adoption by capturing feedback and refining solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in an advisory practice (CAAS, PCI, SOC or related) requested.
• Strong understanding of advisory/CAAS operating models and client service workflows.
• Experience with advisory tools such as Client Hub, Fieldguide, or similar.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into actionable requirements across business and tech teams.
• Interest in automation, AI-enabled workflows, and improved integrations.
