Business Analyst - Allegro

📋 Description

• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and map processes for Allegro implementations.
• Develop functional specs, identify gaps, and translate needs into tech solutions.
• Support testing, defect analysis, UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Produce consulting deliverables: business cases, proposals, presentations, and process docs.
• Collaborate with client and Capco teams on energy trading transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of BA experience with Allegro in energy trading environments.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, creating process maps, and specs.
• Experience supporting testing, training, production cutover, troubleshooting, and support.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder mgmt, and project delivery skills.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Business, Finance, Economics, or related.
