• Define working methods in coordination with project management, test and validate the method on a
• Support the upskilling of other AMOA consultants joining the team
• Assist users in expressing their needs
• Write specifications, review and validate detailed functional specifications
• Prepare functional configuration
• Write test plans

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in MOA and project management
• Good knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
• Meeting facilitation techniques
• Knowledge of Cleva information system is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
