📋 Description

• Review international deal and order requests to determine export and shipment eligibility before
• Gather and validate key deal information, including destination country, end customer, end use
• Track requests through the review process and maintain accurate status information and audit
• Review OEM and manufacturer agreements to confirm shipment authorizations, territorial
• Build and maintain reference materials documenting OEM shipping permissions by country or region.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in export compliance, international trade, global logistics, or a related
• Working knowledge of U.S. export control regulations, particularly EAR and ITAR, and OFAC economic
• Familiarity with ECCN, HS classification, CCATS documentation, and export-control requirements.
• Experience screening transactions against restricted and denied-party lists.
• Ability to interpret manufacturer, OEM, distribution, and reseller agreements.
• Strong research, analytical, and investigative skills with attention to detail.
