Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements across AI, data, CRM.
• Map current-state and future-state processes; identify gaps for optimization.
• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, risks, and drivers.
• Create dashboards and reports with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Leverage AI tools to support analysis and prototype concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as BA or similar in consulting or enterprise settings.
• Background in management or technology consulting (Big4/MBB preferred).
• Experience on technology and digital transformation projects (data, AI, CRM, automation).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience translating business needs into technical or process-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery.
