Business Analyst - Canadian Payments

📋 Description

• Work with Product Manager on end-to-end build of Form3's Canadian RTR gateway
• Analyze payment schemes, business requirements and translate into actionable requirements
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and specs for delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering and business
• Develop deep knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and rails
• Own BA activities from requirements through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Background as a Business Analyst within payments, banking or FinTech
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payments landscape, Interac e-Transfer experience helpful
• Translate complex payment schemes into clear user stories and functional specs
• Strong API, cloud tech and modern system architecture understanding
• Solid stakeholder management and autonomous work style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and own delivery
