📋 Description

• Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Work with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Support design and optimization of card payment products and journeys
• Shape and execute complex digital transformations
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and tech solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or similar
• Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes
• Experience with digitalization and transformation projects
• English mandatory; Dutch and/or French knowledge
