Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights using dashboards, AI-assisted data
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports in Looker that tell a clear story and guide
• Conduct regular and ad hoc reporting to identify trends, performance drivers, and growth
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand their goals and
• Act as a thought partner to Operations, using data to support process improvements and efficiency
• Own recurring reporting for assigned business areas and manage multiple projects independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis, preferably in a fast-paced
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to connect data to business outcomes, with strong business judgment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence nontechnical
