Business Analyst - Dallas - Cyber Security - CyberArk/Privileged Access Management

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops to capture PAM processes and business requirements
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process docs
• Collaborate with security, infra, apps, and business teams on onboarding and design
• Coordinate testing (UAT) and enable deployment and adoption of PAM
• Produce deliverables, status reports, and stakeholder communications aligning business and tech

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a BA, ideally in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise tech
• Experience gathering/analyzing/documenting business, functional, data requirements
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation for business/tech audiences
• Agile delivery experience; using JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience supporting PAM initiatives: process analysis, onboarding, testing, adoption
