🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Banking/payments/capital markets/financial services domain experience.
• Proven experience in Agile environments.
• Digital Asset, Blockchain, or Tokenization initiatives in FS.
• English proficiency; Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; Agile methodologies.
