Business Analyst - Digital Assets & Blockchain

📋 Description

• Support transformation initiatives in Digital Assets, Blockchain, Tokenization, and DLT.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and translate needs into user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Solution Architects, and dev teams.
• Support business testing, UAT and change management activities.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with objectives and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in banking, payments, capital markets or insurance.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with BPMN or similar process modelling is an advantage.
• Proven experience on Digital Asset, Blockchain, Tokenization, or DLT initiatives.
• Experience delivering financial services transformation projects with emerging tech.
