Business Analyst (Documentum)

📋 Description

• Elicit, challenge and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Analyze system interactions, dependencies, data exchanges, error paths and synchronous or
• Define and review requirements for business APIs, REST APIs and SOAP services, including endpoints
• Document source-to-target mappings, JSON/XML structures, transformations, mandatory or optional
• Analyze document upload, retrieval, update, search, metadata, versioning, lifecycle and
• Prepare process models, context diagrams, sequence flows and integration diagrams to clarify scope

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of overall IT or Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience for enterprise applications or complex digital
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in integration analysis, API analysis or technical
• Minimum 3 years of experience defining functional requirements, acceptance criteria, business rules
• Minimum 2 years of experience with API testing, data mapping or integration validation using tools
• Proven experience working with business, development, architecture and QA throughout the delivery
