Business Analyst, Finance & Billing

📋 Description

• Partner with Finance leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear
• Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including stakeholder interviews, workshops
• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications
• Ensure alignment between Finance business needs and enterprise platforms, including SAP S/4HANA
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements to
• Partner with Product Owners and Platform teams to translate requirements into user stories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a
• 5–10 years of experience supporting financial systems, billing platforms, or enterprise technology
• Experience leading business requirements, functional specifications, testing cycles, and release
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs
