• Elicit and document business and data requirements for finance/regulatory reporting.
• Lead discovery and definition with business and tech stakeholders.
• Analyze and document data lineage, definitions, mappings, ingestion, and transformation.
• Translate business requirements into data-focused, architecture-aligned solutions.
• Produce project artefacts: discovery docs, requirements, impact assessments, changes.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and reporting teams to meet requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven BA/Senior BA experience in financial services.
• Strong finance data knowledge and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with enterprise data transformation or data integration.
• Hands-on in data lineage, models, ingestion, and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving to translate needs into data solutions.
• Independent worker; drives discovery and requirements with minimal supervision.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.
