📋 Description

• Participate in the development of new needs with the User Center: writing user stories, functional

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (BAC+5 or equivalent)
• Proven mastery of ServiceNow or METIS & JIRA
• Skills in log/production analysis and anomaly management/tracking
• Excellent practice in writing User Stories and Epics
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge or first experience in the banking sector is a plus
