Business Analyst - Health Insurance

📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and operational processes within the Swiss health and accident
• Develop appropriate solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT specialists.
• Manage requirements throughout the full lifecycle, including analysis, concept development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of insurance applications and business processes
• Ensure the functional and technical quality of applications, supporting error analysis and
• Configure and maintain insurance applications, including keeping reference data and tariff

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or professional training in business informatics, computer science, or a commercial
• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss health and/or accident insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of claims processes under the Swiss Health Insurance Act (KVG) and/or Insurance
• Experience with insurance tariffs and tariff-related processes is an advantage.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and the analysis, design, and
