Business Analyst - Health Insurance

📋 Description

• Partner with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges, clarify objectives, and
• Gather business requirements through workshops, interviews, working sessions, and other discovery
• Analyze and document complex business requirements, processes, workflows, data, and system
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable
• Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
• Recommend improvements that enhance business activities, operational processes, and system

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or another relevant discipline.
• Previous professional experience in the health insurance industry is required.
• Insurtech experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of business analysis principles, including requirements definition, process analysis
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, facilitation, process documentation, stakeholder
