Business Analyst I (Remote)

📋 Description

• Responsible for performing requirements gathering, functional, data analysis, and system design and
• Leading discovery discussions and documenting with clients
• Working with multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives.
• Proficiency in recognizing and documenting data types, regulations, mapping, and conversion needs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between clients, implementation teams, and stakeholders
• Engaged in product enhancements for design and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field of study
• 2+ years’ experience with either HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or carrier systems and
• Familiarity with Benefitsolver preferred; conceptual understanding or prior experience is highly
• Expertise with Excel strongly preferred including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate Functions
• Experience leveraging tools such as SQL, programming, Database experience, strongly preferred.
